曾經(jīng)有人預(yù)測：未來世界里，人們賴以生存的6大能力分別是設(shè)計(jì)感、故事力、娛樂感、意義感、交響力、共情力。

 未來其實(shí)并不遙遠(yuǎn)：今天初出茅廬的“95后”，已經(jīng)開始面臨同AI的競爭 。那么，“00后”群體未來又將面臨什么呢？

領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力

演講作為領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力的重要組成部分，是當(dāng)今社會(huì)每個(gè)人都應(yīng)該學(xué)會(huì)的技能，掌握這個(gè)技能的人將會(huì)獲得更大的影響力，因?yàn)樗麄兡軐⒆约旱乃枷雮鞑サ礁嗟娜说男睦?。掌握了演講，也就擁有了“故事力”和賦予事物“意義感”的能力，當(dāng)然也具有應(yīng)對“未來”的競爭優(yōu)勢。

 在今天的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力課程中，導(dǎo)師們?yōu)橥瑢W(xué)們介紹了作為一位卓越的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)必備的一向技能——公眾演講（Pubic Speaking）。

Anne引用了TED“公眾演講的十條戒律”，鼓勵(lì)同學(xué)們在演講過程中讓觀眾接近自己，并產(chǎn)生信任，從而建立感情上的連接。在現(xiàn)代社會(huì)，信任是可遇而不可求的一件珍貴東西。在親情、友情、愛情等每一段人際關(guān)系中，信任都是至關(guān)重要的。那么，面對公眾，要贏得公眾的認(rèn)可，在短時(shí)間內(nèi)給人以信任感，是演講成功的制勝點(diǎn)。同時(shí)我們也要善用“脆弱的力量”來調(diào)動(dòng)觀眾的情緒，觸碰觀眾心中最柔軟的部分，引爆他們的情緒點(diǎn)。

在今天的學(xué)習(xí)之后，同學(xué)們將兩人一組進(jìn)入實(shí)戰(zhàn)演練，籌備進(jìn)入國際部的第一次“Public Speaking”。在確定選題之后，每個(gè)小組進(jìn)入了緊張的排練，他們都敢于嘗試。即便是第一次，每一位小伙伴都展現(xiàn)出了不同的風(fēng)格 。

經(jīng)過4天領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力訓(xùn)練營的學(xué)習(xí)，同學(xué)們對“我為什么要成為一個(gè)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)者”進(jìn)行了簡單的總結(jié)。區(qū)別于第1天對這個(gè)問題沒什么思路，今天他們用所學(xué)知識闡述這個(gè)問題，并保留了自己的理解。

I want to be a leader,who has the ability to lead a group to acquire good results and make the group happy at the same time. I want to lead my team and tap their full potential.I am willing to communicate with members and enjoy the atmosphere. I would be compedent so that people would follow me. I would also communicate with people a lot and build a sense of trust within the group.

I would like to tell my team to be aggressive and encourage them to seize the opportunity to be successful.

I think leadership is important because if a team doesn’t have a leader, then how can we call it a team? .It is the leader that puts the things in order.

In my opinion, courage and competence are two essential things to improve the efficiency of the workforce. I hope my team have these two things and embrace their success.

I want to charge the workforce so that I could have a workforce who would exceed my exceptions. I would give them more power and offer a high bonus for great success.
